WILL I BE ABLE TO LOG IN TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT THE SAME WAY?
Yes. Your access ID and passwords have not changed, it is the same process. For some customers, you may need to answer some additional security questions similar to when your account was first created. If you require further assistance, please call us at (603) 882-2700.
HAVE MY ACCOUNT NUMBERS CHANGED?
Your account numbers have NOT changed.
I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
